                I cook everything. Its different for me and them. I eat fish and chicken every night almost, When I can I incorporate their food into mine, but having 5 little ones a very picky husband, I make two meals.

                The Macros would be different as in Fat, Carbs, Etc. But the calories are the same. SO.. normally if I am almost 900 calories down... my macros would still allow me to eat that cupcake if I wanted it.

                Yup! I did insanity for a little over 3 weeks, I damaged a ligament in my inner ankle so I had to stop. But I loved it. I am now lifting heavy instead.                 I'm 5'8.5" and I am sitting around 162-164. Though I REALLLY would love to be at 145. My bf% is around 25% right now, so we will see what happens with heavy lifting. I would be ok in the 150s if I was toned up... which is what I suspect may be the case.

                I have the yoga from the original P90x.. but not the P90x2. I hated that DVD, its ridiculously long! I will keep my eyes peeled for a decent yoga DVD too, so those suggestions are welcomed as well! Thank you! :)
