Today I did Cize it up workout day 1 level 1 for 30 min. 20 squats for day 4 squat challenge and I'll be walking my dogs for 30 min after dinner. No junk food Day 2.

I am just learning how to be a coach. You need to sign up with a coach on the Beachbody site. Then you get your coach to sign you up to challenge groups on facebook. I'm back after 6 months. I quit because the time to log all your food and exercise took so long. Now the system has the scan bar and seems quicker. I hope I can stick to it this time.

Hi, 1965. I have lost and gained weight over the years. I am now at my heaviest weight. I am currently 189 pounds. I have started a Mom and daughter yoga class and walk my dogs daily except in this rain it shortens a lot. I would like to lose 30 pounds. I like your trackers. I am going to try to find one for myself.
