1.35 miles / 15 minutes on TM. It was only a warm up prior to my Zumba class; but still worth posting, right?..

I did Zumba for the first time tonight and I LOVED it! Once I get the moves down I know it will be an even greater cardio workout. The class ended with 15 minutes of situps; my extra weights was a medicine ball. Water - 4/7 Exercise - 4/7

Ran 5.14 miles / 54 minutes; 10:30/mile @ BifDiehl - Unfortunately, Wisconsin hasn't had warm weather in almost 3 weeks. Lots of rain, cool, breezy. Nasty summer weather but it's allowed me to run outdoors without having to deal with heat. Stay hydrated and I would think give yourself at least an hour to digest your meal…
-
@ Emariec78 - What about walking with weights? I think if you go at a fast enough pace, you should get a good workout. My update... Water: 2/7 Weights: 2/7 - I wore my "light" 2lb ankle weights during my run. By the end of the run I could barely lift my feet up.
-
3.2 miles / 36 minutes Everyone is doing an awesome job! Get up and KEEP MOVING!!!
-
@ Leslie - Nice job completing W1D1 of C25K!!! I knew you could do it! Keep up the great efforts!
-
3.2 miles / 36 minutes It was an odd run...I was feeling fatigued within the first 3/4 miles. I pushed thru the entire run but there was no consideration for anything more than what I did. I didn't have enough protein in my meals today and I think that's the reason. @ Bifdiehl - In case the week gets away from me....Good…

OH...and I got so tied up with creating the excel file that I haven't drunk all my water yet. It's 10:04 and I need 3 more glasses...it's going to be a long night of running to the bathroom! :drinker: (<-- that's me drinking my water)
-
OK, can I just say......HOLY CRAP!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the response we've gotten to this challenge! It took me 1 1/2 hours to update the excel file...which isn't a complaint...but I didn't get my exercise in. So instead I did wear my ankle weights on my wrists and did arm exercises while I read everyone's posts.…
