Welcome! Keep after it, dont give up. Changes will happen. My progress is always much slower than I would like but I still see changes. Anything is better than where I Started !! MFP has helped me so much !

Anything is possible I suppose but Dont set yourself up for something that might not happen! Many people have done it with MFP that I have seen. Do your best and do it healthy! 2 pounds maybe three pounds a week is more realistic. I started at 309, I am at 276 right now and it has been slow for me. Everyone is different…

Seriously Amazing! I have over 100 pounds to loose and seeing stories and pics like yours, keeps me going. Seems like such a huge undertaking but then I see your success. Its a reminder that Its totally possible! You look awesome!

Thank you for that! I know if i get dressed for it....it will happen. Its getting there. I find too that on the days that are the worst, I have the best workout.... so crazy , my problem is too when I am on track, I do so good and When I am off track ........Its so bad !

Cardio is the worst! However, It sure does the trick! It is a necessary Evil but think of how good you will feel when you are done! :happy:
