Hello did 2hr walk today and day 10 of the 30 day shred. My water intake was good but my eating is out of control. It's horrible! Tomorrow is another day I'll just try harder

I walked my dogs for 30 minutes before work. Did 30 minutes on my wii and did day 9 of 30 day shred tonite

I had been logging on here everyday and finally losing weight. Well I stopped logging. Still exercising . I've been at a plateau for a few weeks I joined this group and logged in today I'm like 300 calories over goal no wonder I'm not losing. I have 30 or 35lbs to lose.
