My dad has added extra holes to my belt multiple times & they are all too big now! I really need new shorts & a new belt! Mine fall down CONSTANTLY!!!

These all sound good. I'm going to have to try the mayo, chili sauce, & splenda mix.

I've also added a tbsp peanut butter & a little cocoa powder (can't remember how much). And have also used raisins & dried cranberries and then topped with slivered almonds in the morning.

I was leary at first but they are amazing! Here's what I've been eating: 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup skim milk (don't have any other) 1/2 cup chopped frozen mango 1/4 cup chopped frozen cranberries 1 tsp cinnamon sugar Mix it up & put it in the fridge. In the morning add 1 tbsp slivered almonds!

You could get healthier bread, pb & jelly. I get bread that is 35 calories a slice. I also use real fruit jam, low sugar, or sugar free jam. Eat more fruits & veggies with low fat dressing to fill you up. Drink more water whenever you can. I don't have the best food diary but you're welcome to check out mine if you want…

I weigh in. Just like gained 1 1/2 pounds since last week & I still record it. I hate seeing the number go down but it'll be okay in the end. I know I'll lose it again. Good luck!

If you click on the food database on here and type in "Buffalo Wild Wings" it will pull up a bunch of their food. Then you can look at the nutritional info before going so you know what you can eat. Good luck & enjoy your meal!!
