On the days you don't already exercise, try doing something else. Maybe walk around the block a few times. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water (and logging it) and eat at least 1200 net calories. Your food diary is closed so I can't give much more advice about your food. My in-laws will be here next week & they usually buy a lot of cookies & stuff as well. She's pretty excited about my weight loss so I'm hoping this visit will be different. But if I were you, instead of wasting the stuff, I'd take it to work and give it all away.

I log as soon as I eat or exercise so I don't forget. And I log from when I wake up to when I go to sleep. I rarely stay up past 10pm so it's not usually an issue for me. I might have a snack tonight though when my husband gets home and it will be logged for Thursday.

I wear a Kymaro Body Shaper from after my shower to right before I go to bed, including exercise! It keeps everything 'in place', pushes my boobs up a little, & helps me to sit up more straight. I love it!

I've also seen on the healthy food shows to cook your chicken with the skin on and then take it off after cooking. It saves all the juices inside and won't shrink in size as much.
