I used to get embarassed if someone walked in, but now not so much. I usually make the kids go outside but that's only because I know they will get in my way. Good luck!

I usually weigh myself every day that I work, which is usually 3 or 4 days a week. My goal is to start weighing myself the first & last day I work each week. I've NEVER been a jogger but now I am. I go at 6am when the streets are empty. I'm stomach heavy with hardly anything up top. Good luck & don't give up!

I would also have to do something different. I walk/jog 2 miles Mon - Fri and I get really sick of it sometime. I also workout with Jenny McCarthy for 15 minutes Mon - Fri. On the weekends I'm trying to do the Jenny Mc game twice a day on the weekends.

I think I've put myself into starvation mode too. I can definitely eat more, just afraid that I'll end up going overboard and eat the whole pan of whatever. This really stinks tho. I've diced them really small before and added them to spaghetti sauce or other sauces. I like a lot of veggies in my salads, but the smaller the pieces are, the harder it is to get them on my fork. If I'm hungry, I want to be able to stab the salad with my fork and eat, not search for the tiny veggies!

One of our local Chinese restaurants has a grill. We can choose the meat, veggies, cooking sauce, & extra sauce after it's cooked. See if there is a local joint that has a grill like that. I have vanilla yogurt with fresh fruit, bowl of cereal, healthy toast with little peanut butter, oranges, apples, carrots. I'm definitely going to try making these! My husband LOVES Chinese food and it's never healthy to eat. We went for Chinese buffet last night. I did pretty good on not getting a lot of sauce with the foods but I still figured about 1000 calories!!!! WAY TOO MUCH!! As I said, I will DEFINITELY be making these recipes!!
