Keto...it's not something i've ever been good with. But keeping your carb intake very low seems to work for a lot of people and FAST. Good luck! If all else fails, go get it altered. They can let a dress out a few inches usually.

I have the opposite problem. I only imagine myself as skinny (and i'm totally not) so every time i see a picture of myself and i'm not that skinny version, i get mad. I'm trying not to focus on my idea of it and just go with the proof: numbers on the scale/measuring tape, and how far and fast I can run every week. :)

Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches! They are 150 calories for one sandwich and they are HUGE! I am full after eating one and almost always can squeeze it into my day :)

Keep in mind, you can fluctuate 3lbs in one day alone. Give yourself a break, you're going through some ****! Just make good eating choices and keep moving when you can. Don't kill yourself over this. 3lbs can be gone in one day! Believe me, It happens to me all the time.

Got mine done in 7 sets of 10. I was feeling pretty shaky today. I will be happy for a rest day tomorrow!! Have a good weekend everyone :D

I'm the same way. Getting quite frustrated at my lack of weight loss when i (obviously) have a lot to lose, and I'm working out like crazy and eating less than 1500 cals every day. Maybe we're just slower to lose? Idk...but i understand the frustration. Add me if you wanna chat/vent/be friends!

After weight training and an hours of zumba those 55 squats HURT. But I got em in!!! Good work everybody!

Did my 50 after spinning class with 5 lbs weights. Felt good to get back into my hard work outs today. When i'm frustrated, I like to take it out on my fiance. Which is terribly mean of me. So usually i just lock myself in my bedroom and unwind with some internet browsing, listening to music, or venting to a good friend :)

I got a wisdom tooth out today and still feeling pretty yucky from that, but i DID MY SQUATS! haha that's the only workout I'll be getting in today except maybe a short walk. Need to work off a ****ty weekend of food.

I did mine in two groups of 20 squats! My thighs were BURNING!! Also did a whole workout included calf raises, burpees, lots of arm work and biking. Ugh... For breakfast I had scrambled eggs with chorizo and salsa! Delicious.

Same here lady! I've been wishing for a slim tummy since I was 15. Just gotta keep with it. You're doing SOOO well, if you keep at it you'll be loving the results:D You inspire me so much with your success!

I went to my 2x per week workout class called "Pure Muscle Tone" we did SO many squats. I lost count around 45. Needless to say, I got my squats in :P My favorite healthy snack is Skinny Pop Popcorn and when i'm indulging i like Smartfood White Cheddar popcorn :D My "trick" to making healthy happen is staying on schedule.…

Just walked 3 miles and did my 15 squats with 10 lbs weights. It was easy tonight, but i'm sure it will get harder!! Let's do this!!!
