For mashed cali I usually put in one or two wedges of laughing cow swiss. Makes it creamy and yummy! I also use it instead of rice or pasta...add a little pasta sauce you really can't tell the difference!

I don't follow any of those really...This is what my trainer has me on... I keep my carbs around 40g a day and up my protein to around 100-125 a day. First few days I was very light headed and had no energy...but your body gets in a groove. My trainer wants me to stay away from Dairy...except cottage cheese...but sometimes…

My sister is having it down in October...there is alot that goes into even getting approved for it. Many times they make you lose up to 50 pounds on your own to prove you are dedicated enough to do it! I say try to diet and exercise on your own... The only thing you have to lose is pounds...

I always wear a normal bra under my sports bra...one because i have a large chest and i HATE Uni-boob....two because it helps with rubbing on my skin...I hate how those bras feel!

My mom is in her 50's and she likes doing the Walk Away the Pounds dvd's...she has an entire series! They aren't bad! She also enjoys Zumba for Wii!
