I had an exercise instructor tell me that she diets and exercises 5 days a week. On Saturday and Sunday she would eat what ever she wanted... She gained 2 pounds a weekend doing this. It took her 5 days a week to loose it.

In my home there are only two of us. I like to select at least three things to cook every other day, and we eat left overs the other day's or I have a freezer meal for a quick meal latter. I like Food.com and Delish.com - these websites have a recipe scale that changes the number of servings you want to serve. We have two in my family.. I usually select 4 so that I have another meal I can serve for a lunch or dinner.

Busy Rae, Yes I too have lost weight drinking Diet Soda. It does not contain sugar, however, because the artificial sweetner is many times sweeter than sugar. This fools the pancreas and it send insulin to help the body.

Cortney, Sometimes you have to increase your daily calories. The body get's use to the lower calories, and thinks it need to conserve.. Therefore, fool the body by eating a bit more, and you will take off those last 10 lbs.
