  • I am waiting for 30 day shred to show up in the mail. I can't wait to start it!!! I have heard nothing but good things and I really want to see results FAST.
  • It sounds like you and I would be a good support system for each other. I've always worked best with the "tough love" approach. Maybe we can both keep each other on track. I have about 25 lbs. left to lose and I am full of excuses as to why I can't lose it. Friend me if you like!
