Yesterday I went to zumba for an hour and my second chair dancing class for 45 minutes. Huge ab workout at the chair dancing class! Tonight hitting the elliptical machine!

I've had an amazing day/week! I weighed in tonight and lost 3.5 lbs for the week. This puts me at 62 lbs lost since June of last year! I'm new to MFP (last Monday). Can I join this group? I work out just about every day with some form of physical activity. I feel like I need to in order to stay motivated.
