Good evening everyone, Bust day today with yard work, but really nice to be outside. " Sad tale" my scales broke and I dread trying to find new ones I'm sure they will all weigh different. I eat a handful of raw almonds everyday and at first you my think it's nothing but it keeps me from getting hungry between meals.

That's what I've been doing, then I choose manually change settings and I change the % when I choose the green button on the bottom they change back to 50% and 20%. I've tried it several times.

I like to slice an Apple very thin slices and add 1 Cinnamon stick to 1/2 gallon water and ice. Store in the fridge and refill 3 times.
