  • I used to be fine with treadmills and eliptical, But I started doing classes at gym. Oh my goodness, I love them. I love to dance so Zumba is like a reward to me to be able to go dance.   • I do find eggs for breakfast keep me well until like 20 or so, even though you shouldn't go more than 4 hours without eating. Jillian Michaels also says your body doesn't burn during sleep when you eat too much too late. Hope it helps :smile:
  • My SW was 321. As of this morning I am 198!! It's crazy and taken a long time only because I quit logging for a while but since Nov 2009 I've lost 90 and many inches since I joined gym. It's not easy at first but very doable!! Good Luck
