Waste of time. Sure, you might lose 5-10lbs after a week of doing a juice cleanse. But do you understand why? And do you understand why you'll gain it all back almost immediately the following day or two of regular eating? My advice to you: Take the time to learn how weight gain/loss actually happens so that you understand…

Keep losing more. It's the last thing to go.

Keep losing weight. Start lifting seriously.

Worth the calories? What? I don't even think you understand your own question lol. Buy a low carb one and it's the same or better calorie:protein ratio as other lean sources of protein. Checking the nutrition labels on the stuff I have in my fridge: 4 oz raw boneless, skinless chicken breast = 120 calories, 23g of protein…

You are undereating and overexercising.. that's why you're having a hard time sticking to your calorie limit. I don't see why you feel the need to work out to what amounts to 9x a week. There's really no reason to. You'd probably feel much better working out 3-4x a week, and you'd be able to stick to your 1200 calorie…

Your sodium intake is really high. You may have lost some weight but the high sodium is masking it. You should probably eat more protein though. You're 6'2, 220 lbs but consuming the protein intake of a 100lb woman lol.

I ate two burgers and half a dozen donuts two days ago. Probably set me back the whole week but it was worth it.

I don't bother logging any workouts. I find it's not necessary if your routine is consistent. I've been doing the same workout routine for the past 6 months or so, never logged one day of it. The only thing I keep track of is food. When I want to change my goals, I simply adjust my food intake.

5-6 hours a week.

Lmao don't run then. Find something else you actually enjoy.

Like the first guy said - protein powder alone won't make you lose or gain weight. If you want to feel full then try casein protein. Casein is slow digesting and it'll keep you full longer than the usual whey protein.

Eat food

Can't stand them. Too artificial and sweet like the poster above me said. Aldi's Fit & Active >>>>>>>>>

Always forward, never backwards.

Good post.

There's no such thing as a "weight loss whey". The only way to lose weight is to eat less calories than what your body burns. But if you want to stay fuller longer, try casein protein instead of whey.

Maca used to be really cheap! Back in July of last year you could buy a one pound bag of Maca powder for $10. There's been a shortage the past few months because of huge demand in China due to its libido-enhancing effects and overall health benefits. You can do a Google search and find some news articles about it.…

You can be at a healthy BMI but still look bad. If he wants to "firm" up, he needs to lose weight or do a body recomp.

Let me get this straight. Your current routine has been working, yet you've been in constant pain since you started it? Despite being in pain for the past 8 weeks, you're planning on adding two additional days and now you'll be working out every day of the week? And you do your strength training AFTER your cardio?

I have the cheap $5 one you're talking about: http://www.amazon.com/Accu-Measure-Fitness-3000-Personal-Tester/dp/B000G7YW74/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1420079210&sr=8-1&keywords=accumeasure+3000 It seems really inaccurate to me. It's giving a crazy low reading of 11% bodyfat, when in reality I am around 16%. I make sure not to…

If you're ever at Walmart, get your caffeine pills there. Costs $2 for the 100-count JetAlert 200mg pills. They're in the pharmacy section, right by the Tylenol. Amazon's price is at least 3x as much.

Please please listen to this woman. Most importantly #s 1, 2, and 10-12.

Listen to your body and stop. You're obviously doing something wrong if you're constantly in pain for 2 months, when before starting your routine you weren't. Unless you've f'ed yourself up, lifting should not be painful. So either your form is bad and you've injured yourself, you have an overuse injury from doing too…

I'm in MD!

Yep. I just ignore them and keep on track.

Make small, gradual changes to your eating and workout habits. Do workouts that you actually enjoy.

Chill brah. Obviously people were confused or else they wouldn't be posting videos showing low bar squat form and telling him to focus on hip drive. There are a lot of people who don't even know there are different variations of back squats. You know that. Now if he wants to focus on pure raw strength then he can switch…

Yea man Candito has great videos and information. He does both low and high bar squats, as well as a hybrid variation between the two. I personally prefer high bar squats because there's no strain on my lower back due to the upright torso angle. Plus it's cool going so low *kitten* to grass. Your knees looked fine to me so…

Your form is pretty good. The biggest issue I'd address is your toes - they are pointed out far too much. Your knees are not tracking with your toes. I've noticed most high bar squatters have them only pointed out very slightly (myself included). Try that and see how it feels. Second issue is that you had a slight bit of…
