Everytime I lose weight the girls die a little but I think that's jsut because that's where I lose weight first. Eventually (for me at least) the rest of your body catches up on the weight loss and it all evens out.

I know I'm the odd one out but I usually lose 1-2 pounds.....

My daughter is 2 years 4 months and also the size of a 5 year old (40 inches tall and 48 pounds). I feel really guilty that she is so big. It's hard to believe how early in life "big" people start getting treated differently by society. Her car-seat is getting small, she only has about 60/40 accuracy on the potty and she…

I was waaay too heavy when I got pregnant with my daughter and kind of felt like I got jipped out of my pregnancy. I never got to have that cute little bump, I just looked fatter. I was very lucky that I didn't gain much while pregnant or aquire gestational diabetes though I did end up having a really big baby (10.7 lbs)…

Burlington Coat Factory has a pretty good selection of extended sizes and they are pretty well priced too. As far as shoes go I think PayLess has actually extended their men's sizes too. My husband is a size 15 and I know he has found shoes there.

Not to be a total downer but I HAVE witnessed unnecessary flirting on this site (mostly from a woman). Don't get me wrong; a little flirting is a fun ego boost and totally harmless. I like fun as much as the next guy but there is a fine line between having fun and being disrespectful of other people's marriages.…

A friend of mine used to put the baby in one of those harnesses you wear on your body and power walk or jog. The baby becomes an added weight and it's good for bonding too.

This is a really good question. I have a closet full of size 14 clothes (that are now too small) but I wore size 14 when I was as low as 170 lbs up through 220 lbs (mostly the exact same items). I've currently lost 14 pounds (8 since MFP) and I am still in the same jeans I was when I was 10 pounds lighter than my current…

I have a two year old. I also dance with her but I make sure to leave the TV on (but muted) to a show she likes such as Yo Gabba Gabba. She doesn't realize the music is comming from the stereo and not the TV so she's down with it. Some days we make it through 4 or 5 songs, some days less. Every little bit counts!

Wow, you seriously look like you are 18 or 19 now. Great job, keep it up!

We just got a Kinect too. I am too broke to buy a HRM at the moment so I just log my Kinect time as a Wii activity...usually wii tennis.

The generic better health, better life are up there but also for the vanity of wanting to look hot and be able to dress cute. I also want to have another baby and need a healthy pregnancy....but honestly I really want to be a cute preggo this time around as it will likely be the last.

A few years back I went to dinner with my sister and my neice. The hostess lady came up to me and said "You look like such a proud Grandma." I was 25 at the time and had/have no gray hair or wrinkles. I know her comment was based on my weight and the type of clothes I was wearing to hide my weight. When I was growing up my…

I took the fullbar once, it tasted ok but it didn't really make me feel full like you'd expect it to.

I quit in early 2008. I don't remember the exact date, I just know I was preggers so I didn't really have much choice.

No it's not selfish, and for the record if there ever was a time in your life too be a little selfish and treat yourself to something nice it's now before you have kids and a family to worry about. You could always make a mini-goal (say 10 lbs) and allow the makeover to a "treat' for getting there.

A spicey rice would set off the sweet flavor really well.
