German, French, Native American (Mohawk Tribe) I'm sure there's a few more thrown in there but those are the biggies.

I have a membership and I love it mailnly because they have free childcare and free classes even though I have yet to attend any I plan on it. I'm sure thay are all different but my monthy fee is $30 and there was no start up fee. You get one free PT session and after that I think it is an additional $10 per month to have…

I just read that it was all the rage in Europe and all the celebs were using it post-baby....not that that's what sold me on it. Low-carb diets just seem to be the only thing that has ever really worked for me but I hate the fatigue/brain fog. I like the idea that this diet has a healthier twist AND a pretty good success…

Not looking for a "quick fix" just trying to get past a plateau.

Unless your way under 5 feet tall. 130 lbs is still pretty healthy. No one has the right to make you feel bad about yourself even if they are doing it under the guise of "being helpful". People seriously need to learn when to butt-out . Do what makes you feel good and is in your own best interest.

Thank you, I needed to hear this today.

I'm kind of in the same boat. My husband isn't in the militarty or anything we just sort of have a time-line we'd really like to stick to for baby #2. I'm trying to lose as much as I can by the end of the summer so we can TTC in the fall. In your case you are already at a very healthy weight and sometimes those 10-15…

I can relate. Right now I'm a SAHM but I have this hidden fear that I will soon become a gym-junkie and then when I go back to work not be able to fit it in to my schedule.

Google "mommy and me yoga". There are videos for various routines that can be done whilst incorporating your child.

I have not had any cosmetic surgery but would like to at the end of my weight-loss journey. Based on knowing a couple people who have had pros and cons with tummy-tucks my only advice is to make sure you are done having children before hand. Congrats on the weightloss!

1) Commit to 30 day shred 2) Lose 10 lbs. 3) No more "sick" days from the gym 4) Fit into one of my old outfits by May 30th 5) Try to keep a healthy net calorie intake

My current diet change has caused my cycle to go from my usual every 35 days to somewhere near every 20-25 days. Not happy about this.

Fighters uncaged is awesome and the graphics are really good too. Looking forward to getting either Dance Central or Zumba if I can convince my husband their not too "girly".

I agree. Some people just think mentioning weight is rude. Also, sometimes when people are around you everyday they don't notice the gradual changes. If you have other reasons to believe you were previously surrounding yourself with negative people you may be right but I don't think I would write people off based solely on…

There was also a show called "Sister Kate" where Jane Seymour played a nun who ran an orphanage. Jason Priestley played the rebel teenager/head orphan. Dear Lord, I watched a lot of TV as a kid.
