hello everyone... i use a garmin podometer, since a work in a large plant i am allow to walk distances from 200 to 500 mts... in a workday a try to reach from 5km ( 7000 steps ) to 7 km ( 10000 steps ) and burn from 480 to 560 Kcals :wink:

for me at the beggining refering to my closer circle no one cares at all... but lately id expirience some support words and it feel good, feels like a kind of victory. when i feel down and dismotivated, i go to instagram... check #myfitnesspal hastag and i find motivation again... i know... its so simple but it work for me…

Well... i work night shifts ocasionally... and yes... i use meals... not hours... my diaries start at 6am (6to9, 9to12, 12to3 and so...) and finish by midnight... so, from midnight to 6 am theres a blank space... we all should be slepping by that time. My respects for all the night shifters... its an ugly schedule but…

at work right now.... just had a meal at 1:00 am.... where should i log it...? yesterday... or today... (finally attached to yestarday as a dinner) also... my pacer is on since yesterday at 6pm and will go off at 6am... so those calories burned will point to yesterday... ha ha... what a tread

you have a point...... meaning to follow the lower value the machine gives.... i prefer accuracy..... i use a HRM.... and when i do around 30 min..... this mean around 500 cal burned..... meanwhile.... the machine says only 135..... its a great diferrence.... by the end..... the real value that maters is the one the scale…

Treat meal for me ....... Beer..... my favorite brand is 41 cal / 100 ml.... and when i hang out with my friends i usually drink from 6 to 8 beers.... 330ml each..... plus snacks.... so..... thats a real treat.... Otherwise..... if a have enough calories i like to enjoy a tasty Big Mac :wink: ..... wich is around 500…

Totally agree with you lady, i have a Polar Bluetooth HRM too and it works great with Endomondo Sports Tracker App... i usually burn 500 calories using an Interval Training Program for 30 min.

Hello all... I'm Javier O Mendoza on Endomondo ( http://www.endomondo.com/profile/2947746 ) Mostly of my workouts are based on elliptical training and sometimes 2 km walks... Also i have a Polar bluetooth heart rate monitor wich is wonderfull if you want to have an accurate measure of calories burned.
