I have lost over 50 pounds on eating 1200 or less per day. I eat what I want ( being a tad cautious with the really fatty stuff) and when I am full I stop eating. If I want a snack, I have one. Still working on it, but I have gone from 221 to 181 and a size 22 pants to 14, the shirts were 3X and just yesterday I bought large! You can do it.... I may get shot for saying this.... But I eat under 1000 cals most days and I walk to burn about 350-400 and I don't eat them back.
