L3D2 done! Was slightly easier today but there are a couple of moves that are really getting me, especially sumo squats (I think thats what they're called)! Level 2 finished!!! Whoooo, it was a hard one today but knowing it was the last day of it really helped get me through it! Am ready for L3 tomorrow! Hope everyone is doing well and looking forward to posting amazing results really soon!

Doing the first 10 days of the 30 Day Shred DVD had me seeing so much shoulder definition that I just never thought I could get! It might only be a 20 minute workout a day but boy does Jillian get you results! So I say yes, it is possible!

L2D5 today and I feel like I've arrived! My left side seems a little stronger than my right but nothing I can't handle. Felt so good that I followed it with L1! I feel strong and Jillian you're going to have to wait till L3 to kick my butt again! Hope everyone is doing well - we can do this!!

I just want to get to the 'middle' of my healthy bmi, so about 140 for 5'6", and then tone up!

I don't remember a significant increase/decrease in weight at the time but I do remember feeling really good and back to my normal self. I think it was giving me mood swings big time! Sorry I can't be more helpful.

For me, running is what is taking the weight off. My body is like a camel but with food instead of water! I would have made a great cavewoman! I was never able to run previously. Started L2 today! I needed to mop the floor after as there were actual puddles of sweat on the floor! Will be wearing my sweat bands tomorrow! Feel great though and looking forwards to tomorrow to get better at the new routine. Good luck everyone :)

I always find tricking myself into it works best. I just get out of bed and dress in my PT gear and try not to think about it and before I know it I'm outside doing my run! Also, if the weather is really bad, I do a dvd workout in the comfort of my home! I would recommend the 30DS or any of Jillian Michael's dvds. Good…
