Today I noticed that it was way past lunch time and I should really stop and eat something! This is surprising because usually I can't stop snacking or looking at the clock in anticipation of meal times! Bring it on!

Finished D9L1 and am not happy with Jiliian today. Did all the warm-up and stretching but have pulled something in my back and it is not nice. On a positive, have really noticed definition in my shoulders! I have actual crannies (not sure what to call them) between my top shoulder and where the collar bone meets the…

Congrats you! Thanks for sharing your amazing journey with us! This is what keeps me going, hearing and seeing how other people conquered their goals! I'm going to go kick the a** out of my 30DS now!

Whatever you do, just don't give up! It took me ages to start seeing a change on the scale. My body just doesn't want to give it up easily or fast! Just look for non-scale victories and keep going! Have you been measuring yourself? You can lose inches before you start to lose lbs! You will get there - it might just take a…

For me, having the nike+ receiver to go on my ipod nano and the sensor in my shoe is keeping me motivated and focused on running longer/faster. Only downside is that its an investment but I think you only need the sensor if you have the iphone and that is only something like 13GBP. Itunes then sends the info straight to…

Love this thread! I am probably one of the oddballs at my gym! Each machine has its own little tv attached to the front that you plug your earphones to, and I usually catch an episode of 'Everybody Loves Raymond' or 'King of Queens', and sometimes even an Adam Sandler movie, and I end up laughing out loud, or worse, trying…

I decided to give up sugar when I decided I was going to do this seriously. I found it really hard as I drink a lot of tea and coffee and take two sugars in each! I decided to start replacing it with splenda. As I don't like the taste of splenda, I tend to use just half a sachet and am working on decreasing this as I go. I…
