WOW amazing results everyone!!! I am so happy for you all! For me, I lost 6.8lbs, 1" off my waist, 1" off my hips and 0.75" off each thigh! but the best has been feeling my trousers getting too big and my belts no longer doing their job! Guess its time to go shopping:bigsmile:

D1L4 done. I didn't enjoy the scissor jumps but apart from that, I found it easier than Level 3. I'm going to give it my all this week but feel a bit disappointed! And what's with the sermon at the end? Will definately be skipping it tomorrow!

D1 L2 done and it is evil! It was definitely planktastic, its a good thing we're not doing 10 days of this! I'm a bit scared of whats in store in L3 and 4 now. Saying that, I'm staying positive and putting this down to it being day 1 and I'm sure it'll be easier tomorrow! Good luck everyone :)

Keep going! Level 3 was my favourite and I found it quite a bit easier than Level 2 of which all I remember are planks and jumps! Good luck!
