Actually no; I don't even see this as a problem. By 1000 in the morning I have already eaten my third meal. Of course I try to do 6 or 7 smaller meals each day. Not everyone, specifically no one can generally go from doing nothing to doing exercise in 10 days. Repeat phase 1 until you can do the majority of it; then go to 2. There is nothing wrong with repeating phase 1.

Wish I had seen this thread earlier. While i have never been an avid cyclist; I have kind of taken it up over the last month. I do record all of my trips with Runtastic so there is a record of them. If there is another one in the future I will look at getting involved.

While I was in and I retired in 2008, they used the average circumference as the authoritative measurement system. Waist minus neck for men, and neck, waist, hip, for women. Dumb!! That is as accurate a measurement as BMI.

Complete and total nonsense.. Exercise is exercis.. Whether you do it in the water or out the benefits are present. Swimming may actually provide more benefit because it forces you to engage many more muscle groups that say running or biking. Not to mention it is low impact...
