Nope is just another simple carb to me. I do watch my total carbs; and I try to ensure 35 grams of fiber per day, other than that could care less.

You can do it all you want; free will being what it is. But with that said, I would not. People tend to get a little crazy watching the daily fluctuations and lose motivation for fluctuations in weight that mean nothing at all.

It is possible I did it, but you are not likely going to get down to 104 unless you are 4 ft 5. In the process of exercising to get there you are going to build lean muscle mass, which tends to weigh more than fat. With that said, P90X, I lost 50 in 3 months doing that. But I had 50 to loss not sure you do.
