Again, you are wasting your time! Look at the palm of your hand; put a piece of protein providing meat that big on a plate, fill the rest of the plate with vegitables. You should eat that 3 times a day; then just start by going for a walk; then a jog, then something else. Just move!

Not sure if anyone said this because I didn't read all of the posts in between: Mix them up, make your weight lifting routine cardio in nature. Not that hard to do. Actually that is how I run all of my workouts.

I had a similar issue, well still having; I have not worked out in 8 days and it is really starting to piss me off. But I am having problems still with getting light headed, coughing, etc. Best to just sit it out until I am ready, and suggest you do the same.

What do you mean by this? If I were to count my number of times over the rope, I average 135 per minute. When I am breathing real hard and hurting, I burn 10-12 calories per minute. I run them in 27-28, but I am old slow and fat. So I would not worry about times, just do what you can do. If you want to increase your time work in some sprint training.
