If I fancy a sweet treat I sometimes have one or two mini meringues (15 calories each), plus some low fat natural yogurt and a sugar free jelly. It fills me right up and satisfies the sweet craving.

Ok thanks! Btw I've just changed my profile picture - this was taken in Menorca at the end of June - my legs aren't quite as trim now as they were in my previous picture so I felt it wasn't an accurate reflection of me! Working on it though!

I have had the fitbit one for a week and I love it - I could do with more friends on the fitbit site though! Not sure how to do that from here! I would say if you can afford it then go for it! I am a bit puzzled by the calories in v calories burned - my fitbit log is telling me I still have about 150 more calories to burn…

I've quit :( I did 5 days at Level 3 - then had 5 days of nothing. I gave myself the excuse that I'm coming down with something! On Saturday afternoon I got out my Davina DVD and I thoroughly enjoyed it - so much so that I did one workout, then the 6 pack workout and then the legs workout - 85 minutes!! I hurt yesterday…

Exactly the same for me - I find Level Three best out of all - certainly better than L2, however I've given up on L3 day 5 - don't know why really. I have just done two Davina workouts back to back! Nice to have a change - maybe I was fed up of Jillian!

Rather than mars bars just imagine having 1800 calories worth of alcohol and no food - you'd be very ill - so you need to eat real food :), and the less processed the better for your health.

I did my 4th workout at Level 3 today but it's been about a week since I started - had a NSV today - I managed to do the walking push ups properly - both sets! I could never manage any of the push ups properly before!

I found the plank twists easy and most of the rest of it quite hard!! Never liked L2! L3 for me now :)
