One of my easy dinners is to marinate chicken breasts in equal amounts of Dijon mustard and salsa for about one hour. Then just saute or bake and serve with your favorite vegetable. Mine is asparagus sauteed in olive oil with lemon pepper and salt. :)

I used to really like their Steak Gorgonzola, and I think their breadsticks are bland. My favorite Italian place is near Disneyland named Marri's. MMmmmmm good.

I tried this recipe tonight and am pleased. Does not taste eggy in my opinion. I did not have flaxmeal so I subbed it with more almond flour. It also does not rise as high as the whole egg recipes. I will be making it again. :) https://www.lowcarb-ology.com/low-carb-sandwich-bread-quick-and-easy/

Thanks for sharing your recipe. I tried it, but it was a little too eggy for me. I searched for Keto bread recipes that don't taste eggy, and found recipes that use only egg whites or no egg at all. I will try this next. I am jonesing for a buttered piece of bread! :)

I used to take 5-HTP for PMS symptoms. I should try it again for better sleep. I normally wake up twice during the night, but when I have a cup of this tea before bedtime, I tend to sleep longer and more restful. I know this goes against the experts, but I also sleep better when I have a glass of red wine. ???…

Speaking of bacon which I have been recently eating a lot of it seems, are any of you concerned about the nitrates/nitrites? Is it a myth that they are harmful and/or should I limit my consumption of bacon? Still a little new and confused to this WOE.

Looks good! I bet it's delicious even without toppings. Maybe even buttered like you would toast.
