Wow....... I can't believe this.. I have never been in the "normal" catagory for my BMI..Check this out!! It makes me want to keep on going...especially after cheating SO much this past month! ( granted I am barely under the line here..since 25.0 is over..but I'll take it!! Your BMI is: 24.9- " Healthy" Target weight…

oh yeah..i went over..big time... like -1700!!! Mainly because we have to hit two houses ..which means double the yum! But I ate under my calories yesterday and will be a good girl tomorrow!!

I agree with everyone else.. don't skip a meal.. I used to do that and instead ended up in plateau mode for awhile.. I think so long as you don't go over your "maintenaince calories" you are alright..and even if you do...it's only one day.. I am never.. NEVER in my calorie range..and have still lost weight. I am allowed…

Oh my gosh..this week soooooo can not get any worse..... I am surprised I haven't gained 20 pounds due to STRESS!!!! So here we are...STILL in the hospital with Brandon..when I get a phone call. My husband and 7 yr old daughter were on their way home from the hospital and got into a car accident....... both are ok..shaken…

LOL!! Well scratch that..we're gonna need a whole bottle of wine now.. Brandon is in the hospital again for his Crohn's!!!! I just can't win this week can I? He spent yesterday in the ER and they admitted him right away..where he will now spend his weekend... They are keeping a close eye on him..got his prednisone IV drip…

You know what everyone told me to do when I hit my big plateau? Eat more calories!! You are doing the right things. I know when I upped my calories from 1200 to 1500 or more..still kept up with exercising.. I ended up losing five pounds!! I didn't even switch up my workouts..just kept doing the same thing. My dad went today for his CAT scan to see if the tumor has spread to his liver/lungs/ other major organs but we won't find out anything until Thursday when he sees his doctor. I just recently made my goal to be the recommended 1lb per week instead of 2.. I never loose two a week anyways.. I will go two weeks without the scale budging and then all of a sudden step on and lose like four lbs.. my body likes to play tricks on me
