Yeah I agree.. I only log on the calories I work out ..unless it's like vigorous housecleaning for an hour or something.. LOL!

Big pancake lover here...actually just made some for breakfast this morning! We do the non-dairy pancakes though because my son has food allergies. So we use Rice milk and applesauce to substitute milk and eggs... YUM!

Yeah I'm not a big drinker. i have a glass of wine once a week....but maybe I should cut it out all together now..maybe that is what is hindering my weight loss!!!

yeah I am still at Light activity.... maybe I should lower that? I am home all day..but caring for a 10 yr old, 6 yr old and 10 month old... so I am constantly running up and down stairs, cleaning, making bottles.. don't really get a lot of sit down time till after three pm. Ok...I got that , Budlight ( eck....not a beer drinker) and winecoolers in my fridge..that's about it. For some reason Red Wine triggers my migraines so I only have that if we go out to eat..which since MFP has been few and far between!

So how do I know what my calorie limit should be? When I first started mfp..I set my goals..and I went under the "recommended" part.....and that showed me to eat 1200 calories..with a 1.5 lb per week loss ( which right now isn't happening anymore)
