  • I am the same way!!! Darn tasty licorice!!!
  • I once had them charge me 50 cents for extra black olives, and then they only gave me like 9 extra olives. I was beyond annoyed.
  • I really love the Weight Watchers smart ones Cranberry Turkey Medallions, although I have noticed that they are now making them without the stuffing, saves 100 cal, but not near as tasty! My other favorite is the Lean Cuisine Chicken and Baked Apples.
  • My Polar f6 said 621 yesterday at spin.
  • Good to know. I was just thinking about trying that, but maybe I will just stick with my normal shredded wheat. I wasn't really sure it looked like enough of a nutritional difference to justify the double price anyways!!!
  • Sorry I have been MIA for the last week. I had a crazy busy week last week with promotion testing and lots of other craziness! I also have a confession to make. Last week I found out that they were starting the basewide biggest loser contest today and I let myself completely fall off the wagon and eat like a PIG all week…
  • Wow, that is alot for a Turkey burger! Not getting the mayo probably saved you alot. I was surprised to find while looking at the Quiznos page that adding mayo to their regular subs added 160 cal. Just for mayo!! Makes me glad I don't like mayo. But if you only ate have, and didn't get mayo you are probably fine. Just…
  • Well, I was planning to make it to Spin this morning, but I woke up VERY sore from my first outdoor run of the year yesterday. :frown: I decided to take today as a rest day and just run around the yard a bit with the kids instead. I will be studying like crazy the next couple days because I test for promotion on Wednesday.…
  • I think it is important to have a "cheat" day every once in a while. Eating bad 2 meals out of the month isn't what brought any of us to this point and won't slow things down too much. Just try and keep it with in moderation, and if you add a workout that day to help compensate then great... but if not twice a month of…
  • Sounds more like something my husband would say!! Although he has gotten much more supportive over the last year.
  • I just ordered mine last night so I haven't tried it yet. But I was looking online and found the Polar Heart Bras that are made just to hold it so it doesn't have to be strapped. Looks like they go for about $35, but I think I will probably end up with at least 1!! I did find them one place for $25.
  • So I am sitting on the couch playing PacWorld on the Gamecube, and my daughter (4) is watching me play. Then she asks me why Pacman is eating all the dots. I said that was the point of the game, to which she replied, "But mom, is he eats those all he will get fat like you" :noway: I turned and asked her what she said and…
  • I have done really good with my water this week. Thank God for Crystal Light or I would be lost!! Monday: 72oz Tuesday: 88oz Wednesday: 64oz Thursday: 72 oz Beginning of Challenge: 206.25 CW: 206 Weight lost in this Challenge: .25 4week goal(2/27): 202 Why I want to lose weight: For my career, for my kids, to look hot for…
  • Just ordered a Polar F6 from the AAFES website. I am very excited to get it and see what I am really burning in spin class!! I know several people have said they are looking for HRMs, not sure who actually has access to AAFES (military store) but if you do the F6 is $99 plus right now there is a coupon code for 20%…
  • I just ordered an F6 from AAFES online store. It was $99 plus there is currently a 20% off coupon code: 96vip1 so it actually only cost $79. Plus no tax, no shipping. So definitely if you have access to the military exchanges now would be a good time to look at ordering from them! I am really looking forward to seeing what…
  • Definitely read the fine print! Years ago I was a member at Stroh's and they wouldn't even release me from my contract when I was leaving for basic. I mean, for cryin out loud I was joining the military... did they really think I was going to have time to be going the their gym? Not to mention there wasn't one anywhere…
  • I like the Friday weighin because it gives me a good idea of where I am at before the weekend. Helps me decide if I have earned a "cheat" day or not!
  • I am in the Air Force, our PT test is our annual fitness test. It is comprised of a 1.5mile run/Situps/Pushups/Waist Measurement. I am hoping to be under 167 because then I will get max points on the waist regardless of what it is... otherwise you need less then 29" to max it which really seems impractical to me!! Plus the…
  • Doh! I was planning on going to Spin today at lunch. Woke up this morning very sore and really really didn't want to go... but I told myself to suck it up and go anyways... so I packed my gym bag up, even running back to get the socks I realized I forgot... only to discover now that I don't have my shoes!!! I guess…
  • Baby carrots!! I also love the Green Giant Broccoli and cheese sauce. I buy the individual size and keep them in the freezer at work. Makes a great snack when I get the munchies!!
  • I keep reminding myself of the vacation home this summer and my 10yr reunion. All of my family has seen pictures of me from last spring when I was doing really well and was back down to 185. Now I have gained almost all of it back and this will be the first time I have gone home... I want everyone to see the girl…
  • I am looking forward to getting back under that darn 200 mark! Original SW 11/06: 225 Fell of the wagon 5/08: 185 Back on track 1/09: 214 CW: 206.25 1st Goal: 185 by May 2nd Goal: 167 by August Ultimate Goal: 155
  • That shouldn't be too hard since I am going to Spin class at least 3 times a week! Although I think that I usually go over where I am supposed to be. Darn high HR! Ugh, I hate jumping jacks... but we usually have to do them at sqdn PT so I guess I can suck it up and do a few more!
  • I know how you feel, my hubby just switched back to nights. He works 11 to 7 so he is leaving right as I head off to bed, makes for a lonely night, but if thats what it takes to have him working I suppose it is worth it! I hit Spin class again today. Planning on going tomorrow at lunch. Hoping for a nice scale at the gym…
  • Wow! I will have to try these. My daughter is allergic to eggs and it so so hard to find good banana bread substitutes that are egg free. Thanks for the idea!
  • Try a big glass of chocolate milk. Thats how I use mine up, plus I am getting in my calcium that way too. I do try and eat my exercise calories, but some days it just isn't feasible. If you have lots left occasionally it shouldn't hurt anything. Just try not to make a habit out of it... that is when you risk starvation…
  • A world with out my diet pepsi???? I don't even want to think about such a thing!! I am in but with Option 2. I do drink lots less diet pepsi when I am drinking my water, but to even pretend I could go a week is just insanity.
  • I would love a copy too please. proudmama0118@yahoo.com
  • We were on WIC when Amber was a baby and Brandon stayed home with her, once I got pregnant again and he went back to work we don't qualify now. It was an absolute lifesaver though. In Oklahoma if you are breastfeeding exclusively they give you a very nice double electric pump (to keep not to borrow!!) Saved me $250! Plus…
  • I have been taking it on and off for about a year. I did not magically lose weight, nor do I expect too... but I do notice that I have a lot more energy and do not find myself mindlessly eating in the afternoon. All in all I get the results that I was looking for. As long as you view it as an energy supplement to your new…
