I have a very small frame, and look/feel like my best between 105 - 110, and just looking to get back to around there. I used to be quite fit and even with a decent amount of muscle that was my best weight!!

I'm kinda doing it.. I limit myself to one small serving of carbs a day, and it has to be before midday, when I need the most energy. Then it's either wholegrain bread, millet, or bulghur.. Well if you think about it logistically, especially if you are doing exercise in the morning, when do you need most of your fuel? Really breakfast should be your biggest, heartiest meal of the day. It's what is fueling and setting you up for the day, and it will also help prevent that mindless snacking and binging…
