I'll start with 40 but would love to hit 50. Trying to do a mix of at home strength stuff and walking/jogging so 50 might be a stretch...

20-40 minutes depending on what the kids let me get done. sometimes they're both standing there screaming at me! not very motivating really lol

50 or so to lose here too, maybe more, maybe a bit less, we'll see how I look when I get there ;)

I love it! however, I am not a fan of American bacon. The bacon I grew up eating in NZ was more like Canadian bacon/ham and so I prefer that and turkey over crispy greasy fatty American pork bacon ;)

stress eating though I can generally maintain a certain weight fairly easily. Unfortunately pregnancy helped me put a bunch on and now I am doing great at maintaining it! lol I also don't lose weight while breastfeeding which makes it harder... now if I could just stop buying chocolate...

I am one of them, I have been tracking, exercising, changing things up to see what works for over a year now and still weigh the same give or take 10 pounds. No. I have this amazing ability to maintain the same weight no matter what I do so long as I keep track of my weight and reign it in a little if needed. However, that also means I have lost 10lbs in 6 months because my body LOVES to maintain so getting to the goal weight in the first place could very well take forever...

moving from New Zealand to the US made it difficult to maintain a healthy weight, my thyroid unknowingly crapped out, I gained 15lbs in a couple months and then I got pregnant and am struggling to lose the first, and same, 10 pounds I have been trying to lose for the last 6 months. My thyroid is still not right despite…

yes. I am on Armour Thyroid and was just rechecked again actually b/c I have been losing and gaining the same 10lbs for the past 6 months and it's getting old. The PA won't help me though b/c my numbers are 'normal', like, 0.9 in a range of 0.8-1.86 being 'normal'. Prior to having my daughter I was on a higher dose with…
