I don't understand them using it either if they have such a hard time. I can get through it fast....but when I'm with my boys they have to help scan and bag...lol I have to help a bit so it doesn't take forever. :tongue:

As cliche as it is, it's so true that nothing tastes as good as being healthy and fit feels. I've been doing this awhile now and I have changed my lifestyle and what feels normal. I have "indulged" a time or two and it just didn't satisfy me. And certain things bother my stomach now. I'm not used to grease!! lol!

This is the one I get for instant. I'm a single mommy of two boys.....fast and easy is important!! :laugh:

It comes in a little paper packet. Pre-measured. You just tear open the top, pour into a bowl..add milk and microwave. It's really just portioned and cooks faster.

It does take time. I know. Just keep thinking that the time is going to pass anyway...and we all know how fast time goes over the long run! So you can either lose slow and healthy with the time...or stay the same. I kept thinking of a year passing and knowing what I could have accomplished...(and had failed so many times…

I love oatmeal! So comfy! The only instant one I like is the organic flax oatmeal from Trader Joe's. Really good!! That and a banana will keep me going for hours. :)
