My calories are usually all over the place, lol. About twice a month I actually stayed around 1200/1300. MOST of my days were 1500-2000 calories. I just read about that in Bob Harper's The Skinny Rules book. I've never paid much attention to fiber in the past but now I"m going to start. I like the idea because otherwise fruit makes the carb count sky-rocket. If you can subtract the fiber, it doesn't seem so bad when you have bananas, apples, and berries in your diet…

I LOVE chia seeds. I bought them for the first time a couple weeks ago. So many great health benefits such as Omega-3's! I put them in my protein shakes and in my yogurt. There are other things you can do with them, but I haven't tried any yet.

I just started Ripped in 30 yesterday, I like it so far! I did 30 day shred last month and in September.

I did my first round of 30DS in September and busted out of my plateau, losing 10 pounds in that 30 days and 12 inches. Tomorrow I finish my second round of it. I haven't weighed or taken measurements yet, but I'm sure I'll see some results- just perhaps not as good as last time. I was doing a lot of running in September…

I am a huge fan of 30 Day Shred. I did it in September- 10 days straight at each level and lost 10 pounds and 12 inches. I was also trying to eat healhy and I did some running. He does take fish oil too, at least on most days. He does take something for the pain/inflammation on some days but the pain is nearly every time he lifts, so he's not going to constantly pop pills. I"ll talk to him and show him the comments. Thanks for your help!

Thanks! I'm actually not looking to put on mass, just look more cut and toned. Ideally, I would be slim but with some definition, so perhaps heavy lifting isn't for me?

Holy Moly, girl!!! Amazing results!! Sticking with it proved to be well worth it!! That makes me want to do 30DS again!! I think I might start incorporating it into my turbo fire schedule.
