Ok looking at the challenges I have completed- Music day on Saturday, Water Day on Saturday, and meet a new friend would be today. I also did family day on Monday and did the cardio on Saturday and Monday. I think that is it.

Sorry was out of town all weekend and just getting back on the computer, so no challenges done so far. I am going to the zoo tomorrow and doing lots of walking. So I will have more to post tomorrow. Will weigh tomorrow morning and get all my ingo to you.

Thanks, I love flintstone vitamins so I might try that. My kids take gummy vitamins, I don't like gummy's all that much, so it probably wouldn't be good, but love flintstones :)

Thank you, I think I will take your advice and see if I am missing vitamins I need and I think I am going to talk to my doctor and see what he says. I have heard about the no absorbing thing and I don't want that to be the case so probrably will just eat more vitamin enriched foods. :smile:

LOL, I am a picky eater and certain foods I would ask hubby if I would like because he knows my taste buds. I guess I need to stop asking and just start tasting hehe So really it was my fault :frown:

I am noticing the farther out I am from my fill the more calories I can eat. I need to go back to basics again I think. I got a little slacked and it is funny how old habits can creep up. I lost 7 lbs the first week than dropped down to between 1 and 2 lbs aweek. I eat between 700 to 900. Weekeneds are the only time I get close to 1300 cals. But than I am running around to. Thanks everyone that really helps. I am around 50 protein a day. I usually get in between 40 to 48 and I know I need to work on upping that also my water intake. I am trying to eat a lot of fiber also.

Thanks, I do go back and see my doctor in a couple of weeks, I will talk to him about it and see what he says I am suppose to be doing. Thats about what I get in is 650 to 800 calories a day on average. very rare can I get to 1000 cal.

Thanks, I thought I was going crazy. I try with the calories but I don't want to eat things that are not good for me just to get to the calorie goal. I think it kinda defeats the purpose LOL

Ok I have always been cold blooded no matter my weight. I have noticed I am feeling a little bit colder and I haven't lost barely anything, so what is going to happen when I get to my goal weight, scary. I am a C cup and can't wait to lose my boobs. YES the GS cookies taste so much better when they are frozen especially the thin mints. I just put the whole box in the freezer and that's that and really do forget about them. Than I don't have to bag them up and be tempted :happy: So box in hand open fridge put in freezer close fridge and forget about it. The bad thing…
