100-200 calories. I stick with organic fruits (Usually an apple and a banana) for breakfast. I also like to save up my calories for dinner =o)

I am not a social worker, but I usually pack a lunch each day and find that the following foods tend to work great for me: -Lunch meat -Cheese -Pop chips -Hardboiled eggs -Fruit

I go to the gym during my lunch break, so I cannot go too crazy while I am there or I will look like a mess when I get back to work, ha!

All I can say is log everything. It is the only way you will realize what you are eating and hopefully cut down with time.

I step on the scale several times a week out of curiosity, but I only record what the scale says every Friday morning!
