It is so beautiful!

Yeah that was an awkward Easter dinner...

I put up my mean face so there can be no doubt.

Greetings, citizen of MFP. I am one of the mean people here on the forums. I fully admit to, and embrace, that I am a condescending *kitten*. I can only barely tolerate ignorance and lash out at outright stupidity. Truly awful. That being said, you should likely utilize the ignore feature to hide the users that you deem…

Everyone has their preference and if they find beer that they enjoy, even "gimmicky" beer, I'm happy for them. I myself prefer bourbon barrel porters, stouts, lagers, and some ales. IPAs are rather played out in my mind and pilsners may as well not even be beer.

-
Well I didn't actually want to buy a pizza... Should I just see what they were planning for dinner instead?
-
Riiiight.

I'm no historian but I'm sure that Abe Lincoln never said that.
-
It is difficult to guys things. Could you explain how?

Slores and creepers are out in force today!

Both. SS for longevity and HIIT during the important moments.

So as opposed to monitoring and restricting calories, which you understand will cause weight loss, you would rather monitor and restrict certain foods, which will not necessarily guarentee weight loss. I really hope you are pretty.
-
No, you simply do not understand the nuances of what you copy/pasted.
-
That study did not measure changes in calorie consumption or hold them static, therefore is pointless.
-
Your understanding is low because what you were referring to is a law of thermodynamics, not a law of mathematics. No one here has ever said 2+2=4 is a false claim. Your understanding is awful because you are stating that weight loss is due to calorie deficits, weight gain by calorie surplus, obesity by sugar/high GI…
-
Lol, if a person who has been gaining weight maintains that same level of caloric intake and increases their activity to a point where their TDEE exceeds their intake, they will lose weight.
-
Your understanding of what you just posted is so so so terribly low. And lol@law of mathematics
-
That is mainly to explain the metabolic pathway of amino acids from protein into glucose. It mainly occurs in a low carb/ketogenic diet.
-
Surely you meam that overeating is the EFFECT of something, considering the context of your post.
-
Obesity is caused, with zero doubt, by an energy surplus over an extended period of time. There is absolutely no disputing this. You can argue that high GI foods cause people to have an increased appetite, but it is not the direct cause.
-
-
Also incorrect. Children who overeat do get fat. People who lift weights and overeat only gain muscle if they are eating an adequate level of protein to facilitate muscle growth and repair. And they STILL gain fat mass. Overeating is the problem for obesity.
-
Do you even gluconeogenesis?
-
Jebus effin Christ I am getting tired of seeing this topic. Listen, toots, ALL carbs are converted into sugar (glucose) and stored as glycogen via the glycogenesis cycle or lipids via the lipogenesis cycle. This is the way that the body stores energy. So yes, the human body IS made to deal with these amounts of sugar. The…
