Yes very common. I am having same issue. Having a surplus of calories left over but not droping the weight. I have notice that I am slimming down while hitting cardio and weight training. just relax the weight will come off

I am also GF yes you can loose weight eating GF because your are not eating the breads. The problem is just like anything else you can find substitues and put the weight right back on. Eat everything in proper portions and you will be fine.

I was 290 about 6 yrs ago. I droped down to 225. Unfortunatley I put 20 pounds back on. I rededicated myself after the first of January and have been killing since. I have only droped 3lbs but have seen the difference already in the way I feel. Feel free to add me.

I am also gluten free. I use alot of rice flour and rice products. Corn procucts are ok, but rice is easier to deal with and has a better taste. For snacks I cannot keep corn chips and salsa in my house. Quinoa is also good and has a great taste. Bobs red mill makes a whole line of baking items. They are in most grocery…
