i bought mine on walmart.com and i'm only on day 2 and i'm very sore .. there are some push ups but you can do a easier version of them by using your knees. good luck!

Yes.. good luck to you. I too could not believe how much i was eating. It's hard work and I just keep thinking it will be worth it when it's all over with. :smile:

I'll agree.. I always pick one day and have something i really want... no counting calories.. but I do make sure i don't over do it. :)

yep.. i've been walking since I started at the end of January..started off with 1 1/2.. now i'm up to 5 miles a day.. I've lost 33 lbs. I'm very short and it's really helping me.

I know what you mean. back In 04' I lost 50 lbs just to gain if back slowly.. now I'm starting all over again.. I never noticed how much I was putting on during the baby years.. but after I lost the 50 and started gaining back... its been awful. You can feel everything coming back on. I'm hoping to get this off this time…

5' 1... First goal is 150.. then I'm moving to 130... I read on a BMI sight that my weight should be 112- 130 no higher for my height.. but I'm very comfortable at 150. Just taking it slow so I don't give up again.

I work out in the mornings.. but I've also did it in the evenings too..whenever you feel like it I guess. As long as your getting some exercise. And sometimes I eat my exercise pts. if I'm feeling that I need a extra snack. But normally I do not eat what I've burned off. Seems to be working so far . Good Luck! :)

me either.. I do not eat mine. I wait till the end of the day when my calories are down to 90 or under.. and I know im done eating too add my exercise. Because to me.. then I've ate my 1200 calories..and once i add my exercise it wants me to add back 300...why would I want to eat those back?. It's silly! To me it would…
