Okay - then let me rephrase - please give me some good oblique exercises to build muscle where there is none, even if it will still be hidden under fat for a while. I know I can't spot target fat. I will continue working on total body fat loss but I'd like to work that trouble spot. I'm not looking for a magic solution or…

I drink about a gallon and a half as well. I have a 28 oz water bottle, which I like because refilling it gives me a chance to get up from my desk and stretch my legs. I drink 2 bottles before lunch, 2 after, and 2-4 more after work and through the evening.

I do actually understand the point you were trying to get across; however, statements that start with "this is going to make me sound so horrible" usually DO make you sound horrible.....

That's awesome! Good for you! I remember when I hit my first mile. I found myself making progress to those 2nd and 3rd miles a lot more quickly after I made the first one. Keep up the awesome work!
