I'm female and have been meaning to change my photo. I started at 157 and my monthly fluctuations take me up to 160 and back down to 155. I'm 5 ft 6 in, am 35 years old and have never had such a hard time losing weight. I've even cut back my coffee to 1 a day (from 4-5 cups) and have added a ton of protein to my diet. I…

PS I have scheduled to see an endocrinologist to see if something is not underlying it all. The endo can;t get me in for another 4 weeks. If you continue to have the same problems I would suggest a visit to your Dr. Also, you are just eating carbs. You need protein and vegetables.

I'm right there with you. Have been tracking my calories for over two months and have seen nothing. My stomach looks more toned but all my clothes are still tight in the hips and bum.
