Hi! I'm 35 with 2 kids ages 11 and 9. I've. Lost 10 lbs so far but I'm looking to lose 30-40 more. I struggle with snacks and trying to cook for the girls and my husband. Anyone feel free to friend me! :flowerforyou:

I have the same problem :( I think of it as the Monday hangover. I am feeling it now as I type actually. It is ok to be mad at yourself but you also have to get over it and move on. Maybe force yourself to do 10-15 minutes more exercise this week. I ride the exercise bike 60 minutes a day- today I should ride it for 70…

Water is a good idea! I do try to drink enough roughly 4- 16.9 glasses a day.

You can do it! I know I battle with myself inmy head daily about what to put in my mouth or not. You can do it! It took me a LONG time to drop 10 but I am hoping it will continue!
