  • I'm going to recommend the "Neckline Slimmer" by PY. It's cheap and it works in my opinion. After 2 weeks I started noticing a difference. Use the strongest coil if you can and do 20 of each type (neck and jaw-3 sets each) twice a day (or as many as you can before it feels sore). You'll like it. You're welcome. Since it is…
  • Thanks for the feedback.
  • Thanks for that bit of detail. I have a left ankle that bothered me when I started doing the gym treadmill in Nov. I was a trooper and switched to bike to give it time to heal but sometimes it was bothering me until I switched to home treadmill soft track (Healthrider). That makes a difference No pain in joints. I'm sort…
  • Cool thanks guys
  • Nice. Thanks. I don't mind suffering for the 30 min to 1 hour each day but I don't want something that has me suffering all day.
  • Basically, I know it might be different for each person and might depend on whether you listen to your body but I want to get the sense of whether it is 60 days of suffering only during the exercise or 60 days of suffering all day each day. That's the gist of my question. It makes a difference.
  • ah...the debate continues...
  • When i started Nov. 27th =217 First week = 1 lbd. i was discouraged because I had been working hard!!! Second week 5 lbd drop. I was excited...hard work finally paying off (so 6 lbs total) After 1 month I was 11 lbs down total. Second month - lost 9 lbs total. It's worth noting that for me, sometimes i stay the same weight…
  • Agree 100%...no to 6 pack and yes to boobage. If belly is gone and no double chin, stop and preserve boobs. Over and out! i guess some need to worry about hips and thighs etc...usually if belly is completely gone, those should be OK...a little junk in the trunk is cool. Now i know some mostly store in the hips and…
  • Glad I got a laugh. I was nervous i would get flamed. LOL I'm not even sure why women go for 6 packs anyway. It looks cool on a guy...but a woman...nah...a hint of it is OK but not full on definition and I say no 6 pack is better.
  • Cool. I read quite a bit of it. If my next week doesn't go well, I'll consider doing all the calculations to figure out why. It was a fun read. I ran into this through the links and really enjoyed it. I was always confused what my goal weight should be...but knowing my body fat % when I started, it was super helpful to…
  • KK...biggest loser (as well as many diet programs) like 1200 for women and 1500-1600 for men. I remember JM says she like to vary it to confuse the body so it doesn't adapt...with 1200 being minimum. If your IPOARM doesn't work, try 2 weeks of that!
  • What is IPOARM? I will try to google. LOL
  • Here are some of the differences: 1. belly overhang is less (you can see more in the side pic) 2. breasts are a little smaller -often fat leaves in reverse order which it came so if that was one of the last places to get bigger, it could have been reducing a little before it heads to the next most recent place. 3. crease…
  • I see a difference. You are doing great. Hang in there. For a more dramatic change though, I think you should cut down to 1200 calories a day or possibly 1500 if 1200 is too tough for you. Choose good filling foods (spinach is great for me) so you are not starving yourself and make sure to get enough protein.
  • Mfp is awesome but the calculations can't be perfect. If you put a lot of time into activity/exercise, what you will be missing is the assumed resting calories you would have burnt for that time. So what really should be added is the difference between what you burned and the assumed resting calories burnt. It's probably…

  • Great job. I can tell this is going to work for you! You should post the 60 (63) day results then the round 2. I bet by the end of round 2 you will look amazing! That's 90 days. We are all rooting for you. Imagine looking amazing by end of June! Go for it!
  • This should be fun. I keep thinking of Insanity. Did you lose 13 lbs from the Insanity?
