Can you just fit it into your calories? If you can't completely go without it, just fit it into your day? 1 is not going to hurt you as long as it's not a ginormous portion. If there are things I REFUSE to give up, I just fit them in and cut something else out that isn't as important to me

They're either not eating as much of it as you think they are, or they are burning it all off, or both. Doesn't matter where the calories come from.

For those of you who keep asking why she is doing it/again. That said, you need to speak with your Doctor or Dietitian to see if the benefits outweigh the cost. I would be more inclined to deal with the endocrine issues depending on the seriousness of your problems.

I know what you mean. The ab area is really slow to move. But you just have to keep eating at a deficit until it comes off. For a lot of people it's the last to go.

Just stay in a calorie deficit. There's no need to eat clean unless you want to.
