L1D2, man am I sore.....but I LOVE it! Hahaha...really had to push through today...did some of the lunges half-assed cause I could barely stand, but did extra crunches, jumping jacks, butt kicks, jump ropes & chest flys. I did my first day today...my tips. #1, Take pics & measure before you start. #2, Don't eat before the workout...the earlier in the morning the better.
