  • totally i don't agree with people getting on your back when you feel fine, you are NOT letting yourself go hungry- eating whenever yu're hungry- and so long as weight isn't coming off too fast, and it's steady and you're getting enough nutrients etc etc.

  • my body doesn't work like that i lost 2st only by taken in a lot less and managed to keep it off for two years but after a break up i gained 7lb that i need to lose all bodies are different this is just mine annoyingly enough

  • at my highest i was 154lb, the i got down to 108lb i'm currently 119, trying to first get to 112 then 106:)
  • Oh! I was doing the 16 hours thing the first time i lost a lot of weight- I did even realise ha! I'd go from 4pm till 8am fasting and it's what helped me lose weight i've started doing this again and already it's helping me lose eight after trying EVERYYYTHING else including a high protein diet.
  • I personally keep my calorie intact to about 800 (that's after about 150-200 cal burn through exercise) i have found this is the only way i have ever lost weight doing 1200 has never worked for me

  • Hi ya! i do think it is because you're taking too many breaks it's supposed to be every day- as you know as you've already completed it- so if you're taking more than one/two day break a week, it's unlikely it's going to have the desired effects also diet i was doing the 30ds for teh second time and i was just eating crap…

Although, I'll be happy just to lose half of that tbh. but I want the additional 7lb for the summer i normally lose 7lb for summer then gain it back through autumn and december steadily. but last year i didn't lose it and i just gained another half stone lolll. darn it.
  • Hi, oh man I have so many ahaa ripped in 30 is what i did after 30ds. i recommend it. it has four levels. the exercises are 30 mins (no inc. warm up/cool down) it has more trickier moves, and some repeatitons from 30ds but it's great
