Yes i have i workout at home all the time i do walk away the pounds dvd, tabeo, i just bought hip hip abs and rockin body with shaun t i have walking weights and resistance bands. I also work at the library so i check out different workout dvds. It possible to workout at home and get the weight off. Good Luck!!!

I love green tea I drink Bigelow Green tea with Lemon twist tea half of lemon and honey!! It helps me with when i feel bloated!! I can def tell the difference when i drink it and when I don't

I will tell anyone that is just starting out walking is the best I use walk away the pounds and their is so many to choose from i can get through a 5 mile walk and on top of that on some days i walk to work or i'll walk home!! I can tell a difference in how my clothes are fitting and it works. You can looks on youtube…
