  • I looked all over the internet and I finally found a site that said you would burn 609 calories in ONE HOUR of doing the Shred if you weighed 154lbs. So you would have to adjust that for you - but at least it is a baseline to go off of. Hope this helps.

  • I personally think you will be fine. It is basically the calorie deficit over a period of time - say a week - that will have you losing weight. If you are constantly going low in your calories for several weeks I am pretty sure you will go into starvation mode - but from one day - I don't think so. I hope this helps.
