You're so right Robin. I've lost a total of 70 lbs without the gym. I use different DVDs, stationary bike, and walking. We all have to find the best method for us. The gym works for some people but it's important for people to know it can be done at home and outside. I have an HRM but I agree that it's definitely possible…

So you are you trying to lose weight or not? You're post title conflicts with your post. My first thought is that you're not eating enough, especially if you burn 900 to 1000 calories a day with exercise.
